Something else? Ask us or book a demo.

Do buyers need an account?

No. They pay and get their tickets by email, as a link. An account is optional, for finding their tickets later.

What does a paid order cost?

There is no monthly fee. A paid order carries one booking fee, per order and not per ticket, shown before payment. You choose whether the buyer pays it or you do. Free events carry no fee.

Can payments go to my own CHIP account?

Yes. Connect your CHIP keys and payments settle to your account under your name. Without them you can still sell, through TicketCARE's CHIP account.
